Sizing way off

I love Camper. Some of favorite shoes are Camper. So, imagine my disappointment when after they arrived and I unboxed the shoes only to find that the sizing was so far off the size ordered and that was listed on the box. My feet fell out of the shoe as I walked they were so incorrectly over-sized. And because the size was listed correctly, I had no confidence to replace with another pair. Oh well. Can't win them all.
